Setting a Deposit Limit

• Session reminders are not hard stops — they are informational prompts. If you feel you need a hard stop, use self-exclusion or contact our support team to request a temporary account suspension.
• You can adjust or cancel session reminders at any time from the same Responsible Gaming menu in your account settings.

Requesting Self-Exclusion

• Self-exclusion can be activated from Account Settings under "Responsible Gaming", or by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request". State your preferred exclusion period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent.
• Once self-exclusion is active, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets for the duration of the exclusion period. All marketing emails and SMS messages will stop within 24 hours of the exclusion being applied.
• When the exclusion period ends, re-activation requires you to contact support directly and complete a brief verification step. There is a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before your account is reopened, giving you one final opportunity to reconsider.
