Your Responsibilities

• Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device. 6xix accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• Notify 6xix support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by another person or if you notice any transactions you did not authorise.
• You must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access your account, use your device while logged in to 6xix, or place bets on your behalf.

Account Suspension and Closure

6xix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified when requested, or refusal to provide documentation when reasonably required.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing at 6xix

All financial transactions on 6xix — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus crediting — are subject to the rules described in this section. 6xix processes payments in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred through their payment provider.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits to your 6xix account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments from an account or wallet belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Funds cannot be sent to a third-party wallet, bank account, or card. The withdrawal method must match the method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Full KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. Players who have not submitted and had their identity documents verified will experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

Bonus and Promotional Terms at 6xix

6xix offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers throughout the year. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms below and to any specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

1. Bonuses are credited to your account balance upon meeting the qualifying conditions (such as a minimum deposit amount). Some bonuses are opt-in; others are credited automatically. The promotion detail page specifies which applies.
2. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible game contributions are stated in the specific promotion terms.
3. Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry dates are stated in each promotion.
4. 6xix reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account in good faith, 6xix will honour the wagering requirements applicable at the time of crediting.
5. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts constitute a material breach of these Terms.
6. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process, or used to place bets at odds structured specifically to minimise risk and fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent (known as bonus abuse).

Gameplay

Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Platform Conduct

All games and betting markets available on 6xix are subject to the individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any technical malfunction, disputed result, or software error, 6xix's decision — made in good faith following review of available records — shall be final. The following general gameplay rules apply across all game categories:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. In cricket betting markets, if a match is abandoned or cancelled without the minimum number of overs being bowled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and are not influenced by the platform, by previous results, or by bet size. Past game history does not affect future outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are determined in real time by the physical outcome of the game (card dealt, wheel spin, dice roll). In the event of a stream disconnection during a live game round, the result will be determined from the game provider's server-side records once connectivity is restored.

Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the actions below — whether individually or in coordination with others — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including deposits, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

1. Registering more than one account on 6xix, or registering an account using another person's identity or contact details, whether with or without that person's knowledge or consent.
2. Using software, bots, automated scripts, AI tools, or any third-party system to interact with 6xix games, place bets, or access account features in a manner not available to regular players through the standard platform interface.
3. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker-style games, coordinated betting in live casino games, or sharing account access to pool funds and circumvent per-account limits.
4. Exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the platform software to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage not legitimately obtainable through standard gameplay. Any winnings derived from a technical error must be reported to 6xix support and will be voided.
5. Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity, or using 6xix to launder money or process funds on behalf of a third party for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment.
6. Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, abusive language, or discriminatory conduct toward 6xix staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

• The outcome of any game, bet, or wager. Gambling involves chance and 6xix does not guarantee any outcome. All players participate at their own risk and accept that losses are a possible result of gambling.

Amendments

Amendments to These Terms and Governing Law

6xix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 6xix will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, 6xix may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the 6xix platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which 6xix operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the player and 6xix shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in the applicable jurisdiction.
